When I am logged into the my master account and look at my network, one of my slave account doesn't show any information. The link to the account is there under Domain but there is no data for Hits,SE,TRCL,GLCL. Prod shows up as 0%.
The only data for this one slave account is Domain and Prod.

This can happen sometimes due to connection/routing problems. Your master install tries to download the required stats from the slave site and doesn't do so correctly, and since the prod is calculated on the master site from the hit & click data which it doesn't have, that displays 0%. It's no cause for alarm and usually fixes itself quickly. If the master install is on a different server than the slave install, this problem is more likely.
Normally this is just a temporary glitch and if you refresh the screen, it should display correctly. If the problem persists after refresh then please make sure that the slave site is up & running. If you have any futher problems or if doing the above doesn't fix it, please let me know.
